Advertising on Hire A Classic is a FREE for all owner/operators.

To advertise on Hire A Classic {HAC} you must read and agree to our: "Terms and Conditions" before placing your vehicle on the HAC. Website

1. All advertisements are accepted in good faith {unless deemed unsuitable} however HAC. Cannot accept responsibility for misrepresentation that occurs in an advertisement or any dealings between hirers and owners The acceptance of an advertisement on this website does not represent a warranty by HAC. The advertiser accepts all liability for the content of their advertisements. The advertiser agrees to indemnify defend and hold harmless HAC. from any and all claims.



2. It is the responsibility for all owners and operators to make sure that their vehicles and business operations comply with all relevant State Government bodies and transport regulations concerning the hire of vehicles.
   
   
3. HAC endeavours to ensure that information appearing in this site is correct at the time of collation, but accepts no responsibility for any mistakes, inaccuracies or mis-descriptions, whether by inclusion or omission and whether negligent or otherwise. Prices, details and services shown are subject to change without notice.
   
   
4. HAC will take reasonable steps to protect the information on this Site from illegal, harmful or inappropriate use, modification or alteration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAC disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by you as a result of any illegal, harmful or inappropriate use, modification or alteration of the Site.
   
   
5. Upon confirmation of the availability of the requested car for hire, HAC may request a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee on behalf of the car owner or operator. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer following the confirmation of the booking the deposit becomes non-refundable. HAC reserves the right at its own discretion to refund any part of the deposit upon review of the circumstances resulting in the cancellation.
   
   
6. HAC merely acts in the capacity of facilitating a booking between the hirer and the car owner or operator. HAC accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the car not being available on the designated day for hire or for any loss or damage caused during the period of the car hire. The car owner or operator indemnifies HAC against any such claim arising.
   
   
7. It is agreed that HAC is entitled to a 15% fee in connection to bookings organized via the HAC website. It is also agreed that HAC will organize payment of deposit to HAC. The balance after deducting the agreed commission {15%} will be forwarded to owner/operator. The owner/operator will be responsible for the balance of the booking fee.
